I just had surgery for a prolapsed rectal sphincter,and now have no control over my bowel movements?

I have no warning and they are liquid occurring only a few times a week. I'm bloated and uncomfortable. I'm taking miralax 3 times a day,am on a low fiber diet. I'm constipated but cannot take any laxatives,really need a stimulate. Please help!
