Constipation - Took magnesium citrate after not having a bowel movement for 7 days.. Worked fairly?

... quickly but initial bm was very hard.. Caused hemorrhoids.. And now for the last 12 hours i am having severe diarrhea(20-30 min.. Watery) hemorrhoids are horribly painful and there seems to be no relief in site... Help!
