I'm on my 4th day on Linzess. No BM yet. Should I continue taking over the counter stool softener?

I've been on Linzess for 4 days. I have not had a bowel movement in 2 days. I stopped taking other constipation aids thinking Linzess would provide me with quick results. Should I continue taking various stool softeners? How can I tell if I have a bowel blockage? Its Sunday as of this writing. Inserted a laxative suppository and held up to 1 hour and no results. Perhaps I should go to urgent care and have a physician touch my belly for any lumps. Help me. Also, everything I eat is bad for...
