A bit of a gross question I apologise but I'm so frustrated that after I go to the loo I spend a long time wiping, that includes wiping inside the anus. I do it until I'm completely clean yet not even ten minutes later I suddenly have poop inside again?! I haven't gone to the toilet again it's just there and most the time it doesn't clean completely. Why is this? I've recently had issues with trying to add more fibre to my diet but this is an issue I've had...
